Ruby red. On the nose, intense with aromas of ripe red fruits, white chocolate and slightly minted. On the palate it is round, with firm tannins and notes of strawberries and spices. |

Vinification |
Hand sorting of the grapes before destemming. Pre-fermentive maceration for six days at 6ºC. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 17 days at 27ºC to 30°C. Post ferment maceration for 15 days. Run off and malolactic fermentation. |
Ageing |
75% aged in French oak barrels for 12 months; 25% in stainless steel tanks. |

Cabernet Sauvignon and red meats is a match made in heaven. Enjoy this wine with fillet stroganoff, sirloin steak, pasta with Bolognese sauce, lamb stew or meat pie. Also delicious with hard cheeses. |
