Vinification |
Hand sorting of the grapes before destemming. Pre-fermentive maceration for 6 to 10 days at 6ºC. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 16 days at 28-30ºC. Post ferment maceration for 2 days. Run off and malolactic fermentation. |
Ageing |
10% aged in French oak barrels for 4 months; 90% in stainless steel tanks |

This friendly wine is well suited for a variety of meats and side dishes. Pork chops, sauted vegetables, grilled burgers, mashed potatoes or a juicy steak taste very good with this Cabernet Sauvignon. If feeling like Italian, spaguetti bolognese should be the choice |
